1. Sponsor. Southbound Stays, a d/b/a of Richard McCrea and Megan McCrea, 34 River Ridge Dr, Rockledge, Florida 32955 (the “Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible.
3. Promotion Period. The Giveaway begins August 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM ET and ends September 17, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (the “Promotion Period”). Entries received outside the Promotion Period are not eligible.
4. How to Enter. During the Promotion Period, submit one or more photos from a Southbound Stays visit (current or past) using either method: (a) email your photo(s) to [email protected] with a brief description of the memory and your full name; OR (b) post each photo on a public Facebook or Instagram account, tag @southboundstays, and use #10YearsOfSouthbound. Each qualifying photo constitutes one (1) separate entry, and there is no limit to the number of photos an entrant may submit — the more photos you share, the more chances to win. Multiple photos may be submitted in a single email (each photo counts as a separate entry). Each photo must be a distinct image; duplicate or altered copies of the same photo will be counted as a single entry.
5. Submission Requirements. Photos must be the entrant’s own original work and must not contain identifiable third parties without their consent, copyrighted material, profanity, or otherwise inappropriate content. Photos may show a Southbound Stays property, a meal at a recommended local business, a sunset, a pet, or any other moment the entrant associates with their stay. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not meet these requirements, and to disqualify submissions that are spam, automated, or not from a genuine Southbound Stays visit.
6. Winner Selection & Notification. On or about September 21, 2026, one (1) winner will be selected at random from all qualifying entries received during the Promotion Period (each qualifying photo being one entry). The winner will be notified by email or by direct message on the platform of their entry on or before September 22, 2026. The winner must respond and confirm acceptance within seven (7) days of notification or the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at random.
7. Prize. One (1) Grand Prize consisting of: (a) a $500.00 USD credit toward any future Southbound Stays booking (the “Stay Credit”); and (b) The Southbound Sampler, a curated package containing items from each of Sponsor’s three locations (city, countryside, and coast), approximate retail value $150 USD. Total approximate retail value: $650 USD. Stay Credit terms: valid 12 months from the date of winner notification (until September 22, 2027); applied at booking to reduce the total cost of a single reservation; non-transferable; not redeemable for cash; may not be split across multiple bookings; may not be combined with any other discount or promotional offer; all bookings subject to availability. The Sampler will be mailed to the winner at the address provided within thirty (30) days of prize acceptance.
8. Use of Submissions. By entering, each entrant grants Sponsor a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to reproduce, distribute, display, and use the submitted photo(s) and accompanying memory text on Sponsor’s website, social media, marketing materials, and email communications, with credit to the entrant. Entrants represent that they have all necessary rights to grant this license.
9. General Conditions. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if any factor impairs its integrity or proper functioning, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any claim or liability arising out of participation or acceptance/use of the prize. The Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
10. Privacy. Entrant information will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at southboundstays.com/privacy-policy/.
11. Platform Disclaimer. This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or Meta Platforms, Inc.
12. Winner List. For the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Southbound Stays, 34 River Ridge Dr, Rockledge, Florida 32955 by November 30, 2026, or follow @southboundstays on Instagram or Facebook for the public announcement.
